About Brittany DeVarso

Brittany DeVarso has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2006 and a licensed real estate broker since 2020. Combining her passion for real estate and interior design, Brittany launched, owned, and operated Mermaid Realty & Design, a successful boutique agency specializing in Long Island’s beach properties. In 2023, Howard Hanna | Coach Realtors approached her to merge Mermaid Realty & Design with their Rockville Centre branch. Recognizing the potential of this collaboration, Brittany was excited to provide her team with a broader platform with which to serve their clientele. Coach Realtors’ practices, ethics, and core values are well recognized across Long Island and are a perfect match to Brittany’s professional values.

As your real estate salesperson, Brittany has the attributes that you want such as honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and loyalty. She is known for going the extra mile for her clients and treating them like family. Brittany has the innate ability to negotiate and think outside of the box to come up with creative solutions to solve problems within a real estate transaction. Her many years of experience ensure that her clients and customers have an easy, quick process that’s as stress-free as possible. In addition, Brittany earned a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to effectively counsel clients in the mature population through major financial and lifestyle transitions including relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
