Northport's most popular swimming beach, Crab Meadow Beach, offers clear views of Connecticut across Long Island Sound. Visitors praise the beach's peaceful atmosphere and say it's a great spot to sit and watch the sunset. Walking on the boardwalk is popular, and the park also offers a kayak launch, basketball courts, a picnic area, a playground, and a restaurant.
